AI - Powered Airbnb Listing Optimizer

We are looking for an experienced freelancer to help us train an AI system to analyze the text of the highest-ranking Airbnb listings in our market. The goal is to identify the common attributes, language patterns, and best practices that make these listings successful. The assignment involves two steps: 1. Initial Project: • Train an AI model to review top-performing Airbnb listings in our area. • Identify common elements, tone, and structure that drive performance. • Take the text of our current listings and revise them to reflect these best practices. 2. Ongoing Work (Monthly): • Update the AI system with the latest high-ranking listing data. • Refresh and optimize our listing text accordingly. This is likely a one-time intensive project with a recurring monthly update. We are looking for someone who understands both AI tools and short-term rental marketing. Deliverables: • AI system trained to review and benchmark listings. • Revised versions of our property listings that reflect best-performing practices. • Ongoing monthly updates to ensure competitiveness. Ideal Candidate: • Experience with AI/ML training and prompt engineering. • Knowledge of short-term rental platforms (Airbnb, Vrbo, etc.) and hospitality marketing. • Strong copywriting and editing skills. • Ability to set up a repeatable, efficient workflow for monthly updates.
