We are seeking an experienced AI Platform Administrator to support and manage enterprise AI tools, including Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and ChatGPT Enterprise. This is a hands-on role focused on platform administration, user support, AI agent management, governance, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Administer and support enterprise AI platforms and related technologies
Manage user access, permissions, configurations, and platform operations
Assist users with AI agent creation, testing, publishing, and troubleshooting
Support integrations, workflows, authentication, and platform issues
Monitor platform health, adoption, and usage metrics
Collaborate with governance, security, and business teams to ensure compliant use of AI solutions
Contribute to operational documentation and platform best practices
Required Qualifications
Experience administering Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, ChatGPT Enterprise, or similar AI platforms
Background supporting Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Platform, or related SaaS environments
Experience with AI agents, conversational AI solutions, or chatbot platforms
Strong troubleshooting skills across user access, integrations, workflows, and platform operations
Understanding of information governance, security, and compliance concepts
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Microsoft Copilot Studio experience
Power Platform administration experience
Familiarity with Microsoft Purview and information governance practices
Experience supporting large-scale enterprise AI initiatives
Relevant Microsoft certifications
Location: Remote within the United States
Duration: Long-term contract opportunity with strong extension potential.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $60.00 - $80.00/hr.
