Amazon Connect (Quality Assurance & Testing)

September 12, 2025 We are currently seeking detail-oriented and tech-savvy individuals to join our team as a Quality Assurance & Testing Specialist for Amazon Connect, working from the comfort of your home. As a QA Specialist, you will be responsible for testing and validating Amazon Connect workflows, features, and integrations to ensure a seamless customer experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, engineers, and customer experience professionals to identify bugs, document test results, and suggest improvements. Key Responsibilities: Design and execute manual and automated test cases for Amazon Connect implementations. Identify, log, and track bugs using QA tools and project management platforms. Work with developers and engineers to replicate issues and ensure timely resolution. Validate Amazon Connect call flows, IVRs, and integration with other AWS services. Maintain detailed documentation of test plans, test cases, and test results. Participate in sprint planning, stand-up meetings, and QA reviews. Qualifications: Experience in software testing or quality assurance, preferably with contact center solutions. Familiarity with Amazon Connect, AWS services, and cloud infrastructure. Knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with automation testing frameworks. Basic scripting or programming knowledge (e.g., Python, JavaScript).
