• Familiarity with Amazon's platform or similar online shopping experiences is a plus.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
• Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred, but not required.
