As a Warehouse Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse, contributing to the overall of Amazon fulfillment process. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for interviews. You will be responsible for handling, organizing, and preparing inventory for shipment, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment. Key Responsibilities: • * Receive and Process Incoming Stock: Unload, inspect, and accurately record all incoming inventory. • * Inventory Management: Organize and store inventory in the appropriate locations, ensuring that items are easily accessible and accounted for. • * Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. • * Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks on products and packaging to maintain high standards. • * Operate Equipment: Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks. • * Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards. • * Adhere to Safety Guidelines: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all employees. • Required Skills and Qualifications: • * High School Diploma or GED: Basic educational qualifications. • * Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain high accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory management. • * Physical Stamina: Capable of lifting and moving heavy items, standing for long periods, and performing repetitive tasks. • * Basic Computer Skills: Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic computer operations. • * Team Player: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. • * Reliable and Punctual: Consistent attendance and punctuality are critical. • Experience: • * Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred but not required. • * Experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks is an advantage. • Working Hours: • * Shift Work: Availability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
