Overview
We are looking for an experienced Amazon specialist to help optimize and manage three SKUs currently listed across Amazon.com and Amazon Grocery (Whole Foods Market). The goal is to improve listing performance on Amazon Grocery, ensure proper integration into our Seller Central account, and increase overall conversion rate through listing optimization and strategic improvements.
Scope of Work
We need support in the following areas:
Optimize existing Amazon Grocery (Whole Foods Market) listings for 3 SKUs
Align and pull/replicate relevant content from existing Amazon.com listings into Amazon Grocery listings, ensuring consistency and best practices
Audit current listings and identify gaps in SEO, content quality, and conversion optimization
Assist with integrating or properly linking Amazon Grocery listings within our Seller Central account setup
Additionally:
One SKU has a UPC-related issue that requires troubleshooting and guidance on resolution or workarounds
Review current review strategy and provide recommendations or setup support for review optimization and growth (within Amazon policy compliance)
Goals
Improve listing quality and search visibility on Amazon Grocery
Increase conversion rate across all three SKUs
Ensure clean, compliant listing structure across both Amazon.com and Amazon Grocery
Resolve UPC issue for affected SKU
Identify opportunities to improve reviews and customer trust signals
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone with:
Strong experience with Amazon Seller Central and Amazon listing optimization
Familiarity with Amazon Grocery / Whole Foods Market listings
Proven track record improving conversion rates through listing improvements (copy, images, backend SEO, etc.)
Experience troubleshooting UPC / GTIN / listing errors
Understanding of Amazon-compliant review growth strategies
Attention to detail and ability to work with existing brand content and adapt it across marketplaces

Recommendations or implementation support for Seller Central integration
