This is a remote position. We are looking for a results-driven Senior Amazon PPC Manager to lead paid advertising strategy and execution across Amazon. This role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on campaign expertise, and the ability to manage a team while driving measurable growth. You will be responsible for managing high-budget accounts, improving performance metrics, and building scalable systems to optimize campaigns. This is a highly ownership-driven role focused on outcomes, not just execution. - Lead end-to-end Amazon Ads strategy (Sponsored Ads, DSP, and advanced formats) - Manage and mentor a team of Amazon Account Managers - Monitor and improve key metrics such as ACOS, TACOS, and overall account performance - Identify growth opportunities through keyword expansion, bid optimization, and audience targeting - Diagnose and resolve performance issues using data-driven insights - Handle high-budget accounts (₹10L+ monthly ad spends) with a focus on ROI - Participate in client calls, present strategies, and ensure long-term retention - Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights Requirements - Strong experience in Amazon Seller Central and advertising ecosystem - Hands-on expertise in Amazon Sponsored Ads (mandatory) - Experience with DSP and AMC (preferred) - Proficiency in tools like Helium 10, Brand Analytics, and product research tools - Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Experience in team handling and performance management Benefits - Competitive salary. - Opportunities for professional growth and career development. - A dynamic, collaborative, and remote-friendly work environment.
