Job Description
As a Remote Data Entry and Customer Service representative for Amazon Inc., you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining accurate data records. Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred
Strong typing skills with a minimum speed of 40 WPM
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Familiarity with data entry software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous customer service experience is a plus
Responsibilities
Accurately enter and update customer data into the database
