Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to internal teams and external clients, resolving issues efficiently.
- Analyze and troubleshoot system errors, application problems, and network issues.
- Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and enhancements.
- Document issues, resolutions, and best practices for future reference.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, security standards, and operational procedures.
- Offer training and guidance to end-users to improve system usage.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting software, hardware, and network issues.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
- High-speed internet connection and a distraction-free workspace.
Preferred:
- Experience in technical support, IT, or a similar role.
- Familiarity with helpdesk tools and software (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow).
- Basic knowledge of scripting languages or automation tools is a plus.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
