Responsibilities
- Support all aspects of the M&A deal process, including identifying, evaluating, and executing potential capital deployment opportunities and related integration efforts
- Conduct financial modeling, due diligence, and industry research to inform strategic decisions
- Prepare investment memos and presentations for senior leadership and the Board
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement post-deal integration plans and strategic initiatives
- Analyze market trends and support ad hoc corporate finance analyses and strategic projects
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 1–4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, transaction advisory, or corporate development
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset
- High attention to detail and intellectual curiosity
- Prior M&A transaction experience; buy-side experience a plus
- Experience in capital markets, financial technology, or related industries
