We're Hiring | Recruitment Research & Coordination Specialist | Remote | Full-Time
A growing boutique executive search firm based in Australia is looking for a talented, organised recruitment support specialist based in the Philippines to join our team.
This is a newly created role — and a meaningful one. You'll work closely with our founder to keep the engine running: sourcing and researching candidates, managing outreach, coordinating interviews, and helping deliver an exceptional experience for clients and candidates alike.
What you'll be doing:
- Candidate sourcing & research via LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek Talent Search, and CRM
- Outreach and candidate communication using approved templates
- Interview scheduling and process coordination (Calendly)
- Post-placement follow-up and relationship management
- Marketing and BD support — lead lists, CRM hygiene, outreach sequences
- Building and maintaining SOPs
What we're looking for:
- Background in recruitment, TA, or HR support
- Excellent written communication in English
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own time
- Proficient in LinkedIn, Google Workspace, and CRM tools
- Exposure to AI tools is a bonus
- Must be able to overlap with AEST/AEDT business hours (minimum 4 hours per day)
- Experience supporting a boutique recruiter or international client is a big plus.
- This is a fully remote, full-time role open to candidates based in the Philippines.
