Key qualifications • Knowledge of small to medium business use technology and what Apple solutions can offer them • Comfort using phone and screen sharing to interact with business and to position business solutions • Ability to facilitate business experience through an onsite meeting or virtual meeting • Understand the hardware and software of each business utilizing their tools to put Apple solutions to work in their business. • Ability to think out of the scope with third-party software such as Google and Microsoft • Ability to thrive on change as products updates and evolve • *Must have an understanding of basic network with the business internet service provider • *Understanding cloud solutions and troubleshooting • Bonus if you have the skills to integrate cloud web-app software by using API keys Job requirement Must have business knowledge of Apple, Google, and Microsoft experience. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience with technical support and network.
