As a commission-based recruiter specializing in blue-collar roles (primarily appliance repair and refrigeration technicians), you'll have the freedom to operate on your own terms without sourcing tools or additional support. If you’re skilled at sourcing talent through creativity, networking, and proactive engagement, we want to work with you! What You'll Do: • Independent Sourcing: Use your network, research skills, and creativity to identify and connect with high-quality blue-collar candidates. • Build Relationships: Establish strong connections with candidates, keeping an open and honest line of communication. • Match Talent to Roles: Quickly understand our clients' needs and assess candidates to find the perfect match. • Drive Placements: Utilize your hunting skills to make placements happen, without needing extra support or tools.
