Key Job Details: Compensation: a competitive salary Start Date: Immediate openings available Location: Remote Company: Workwarp Position: Entry Level Staff Accountant   Job Title: Associate Staff Accountant • Preparing and analyzing daily fuel payouts to multiple vendors. • Preparing a weekly fuel summary by vendors... • Preparing invoices for shuttle and commissary vendors • Preparing monthly reports for A/R aging and reviewing the cross-dock distribution business transactions. • Perform other ad hoc projects as requested by management. • Knowledge of accounting that includes spreadsheet preparation. • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. • Prepare monthly account reconciliation in Certification. • Review open A/R and identify and research the variances. • Collaborating with multiple business users daily for invoicing approval & processing. • Provide detailed insights on key analytics & reports to drive improvements through the supply chain Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in accounting from an accredited college. • An understanding of accounting procedure, accounting concepts and internal control processes in general accounting. • Knowledge of Microsoft products (Excel and word) required. • Good analytical and problem-solving skills are needed. • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. • Self-starter and work with minimum supervision. • Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills.
