In this fully remote position, you will partner directly with client managers to assess their hiring needs, facilitate the onboarding journey for applicants, coordinate logistics for orientation, and oversee various administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities • Collaborate with client managers to assess staffing requirements and provide updates on applicant progress. • Guide drivers through the application processes for clients/carriers, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed. • Schedule and coordinate orientation sessions, managing logistics related to travel and accommodations. • Perform administrative tasks and assist with additional team needs as required. Required Skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively. • Customer service experience is advantageous. • Familiarity with recruitment or logistics processes is beneficial but not mandatory. Qualifications • No prior experience necessary; full training is provided. • Availability during normal business hours is essential. • Experience in customer service, recruiting, or logistics is a plus, but not a requirement.
