Required/ Ideal Skillset/Credential Candidate experience description and actual direct years 5+ yrs Clear experience with AppViewX - using, automating, loading certificates, supporting Describe Required Describe experience with Certificate Discovery, Inventory and Owner identification Required Integrate AppViewX with ServiceNow to automate tickets, approval workflows and audit trails. Describe Required Configure integrations with certificate authorities (CAs), infrastructure endpoints (load balancers, web servers, app servers), and other relevant systems. Describe Required Describe your experience to ensure compatibility and support for multiple types of certificates (SSL/TLS, code signing, client certificates, federation) Required Work with Apps team to test certificate renewal, deployment, rollback workflows Required Establish coordinated process to automate certificate renews (including CSR generation, approval, issuance, deployment, and validation) Required Policy and Governance: designed/ implemented certificate policies (naming conventions, validity periods, key size, algorithms, etc.), Establish reporting policies to adhere to internal and regulatory requirements, Ensure audit readiness. Describe Required Develop procedures for certificate management, provided training and knowledge transfer to others, create documentation conversing workflows, escalation paths and troubleshooting guides, etc. Describe Required Describe your other competitor vendor Certificate Lifecycle Management platform experience you may have Required Understands cloud based certificate management integrations and other 3 rd party apps and platforms. Required Understands PKI, IAM, general software security principals and DevOps Required Strong with Microsoft suite of tools including Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc. Required Strong Customer-Facing Consultative Skills, confidence to lead customer discussions, develop/conduct demos, pro/con analysis, Demos, etc. Describe Required Positive, Self-starter, service & customer-oriented personality, leadership ability, task oriented Required Comm skills excellent verbal & written articulation, presentations Required Travel 0-5% as required for customer and vendor engagements Required Fluent English written and spoken Ideal AppViewX or similar Lifecycle management training and certifications
