Arabic Content Moderator Needed

Job summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and culturally Arabic Content Moderator to ensure that user-generated content complies with our community guidelines and policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the Arabic language, a deep understanding of regional cultural nuances, and the ability to make quick, accurate decisions in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: _Review and moderate user-generated content in Arabic to ensure compliance with platform policies. _Identify and escalate content that violates community standards, including sexual, harassment, and graphic content... _Maintain high accuracy and consistency in moderation decisions. _Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve moderation workflows and tools. _Provide feedback and insights on emerging trends and potential risks in Arabic-speaking regions. _Participate in regular training and calibration sessions. Qualifications: _Fluency in Arabic (native or near-native) and English. _Strong understanding of cultural, social, and political contexts in Arabic-speaking countries. _Prior experience in content moderation, customer service, or a related field is a plus. _Ability to handle sensitive content with professionalism and emotional resilience. _Excellent attention to detail and critical thinking skills. _Familiarity with online platforms, social media, and digital communication norms.
