Assemble and test complex components and systems according to company specifications and standards. Operate and maintain assembly and testing equipment, ensuring proper functioning and calibration. Read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and work instructions. Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure product meets standards and requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or defects that arise during the assembly and testing process. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all assembly and testing activities. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity. Stay up-to-date with new technologies and industry advancements to enhance skills and knowledge. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient work environment. Communicate any issues or concerns to supervisors or management in a timely manner.
