Assistant Pool Manager (Part-time, Temporary, Non-Benefited)

About the position Responsibilities • Assist in managing daily pool operations and staff scheduling. • Train and coach lifeguards and swimming instructors. • Prioritize daily work assignments and ensure efficient task completion. • Monitor pool safety and enforce rules and regulations. • Provide excellent customer service to pool patrons. Requirements • High School Diploma or GED. • 1 year of experience as a lifeguard and swimming instructor, including 1 year of supervisory experience. • Lifeguard Certification upon hire or promotion. • First Aid/AED/CPR for Professional Rescuer Certification upon hire or promotion. • Water Safety Instructor Certification upon hire or promotion. • Valid Driver's License with an acceptable driving record. Nice-to-haves • 2 years as a lifeguard or swimming instructor. • Some college courses completed. • StarGuard Elite Lifeguard Instructor and/or Swim Lesson Instructor Trainer Certification(s).
