Our office is located in Newport Beach within walking distance to our Lido location. This position would be an in office position with some flexibility for remote work. We are open and willing to train the right applicant. Key responsibilities of this position would include but not limited to: • Maintain accurate employee records and documentation • Support the coordination of employee benefits information and inquiries • Coordinate meetings and manage calendar • Assist with various HR projects and reporting • Assist with ensuring compliance with local, state and federal laws Required Qualifications and Skills: • Strong knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Apply tot his job
