**The Role**
As an Associate Customer Success Specialist, you will play a vital role in the growth and success of our North American region. You will be responsible for providing high-quality training, education, and support to our customers across the entire range of athlete tracking hardware and software solutions. This role is based remotely in North America, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while being part of a dynamic, collaborative team.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Account manage a select portfolio of teams within your dedicated territory, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and driving retention and revenue growth.
* Educate customers on best practices when utilizing arenaflex technology and value proposition, promoting upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
* Involvement in Pre-Sales activities to drive new business success, including product demonstrations and training.
* Assist business development managers with contract extensions through promoting best practice behaviors of arenaflex customers.
* Produce Customer Success Qualified Leads to drive new business opportunities through existing customers.
* Provide ongoing remote support to our growing customer base on arenaflex's entire range of athlete monitoring hardware and software solutions.
* Customer service initiatives, follow-up calls, visits, emails, and communication central to creating a great customer experience.
* Logging and maintaining Customer Health through active account management with action plans to improve customer health where necessary.
* Product feedback and innovation internally.
* Provide evidence-based, scientific materials for marketing, internal, and external purposes.
* Maintain a large database of information.
* Aid in the data analysis of our elite teams where required.
* General representation of arenaflex at domestic and international conferences where required.
* Research and development of arenaflex's product stack.
**What You'll Need**
* Minimum 1+ years working in the elite sporting environment.
* Understanding of performance monitoring tools such as GPS, Video Analysis, and Tactical applications.
* Understanding of statistical analysis of large data sets.
* Proficient with using tools such as Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for analyzing large data sets.
* Experience with PowerBI and Tableau.
* Account management experience with a large customer base.
* Great communication skills to foster new relationships and build on existing relationships with a select customer portfolio.
* Ability to analyze and interpret data.
* Effective communication to articulate findings to coaches, athletes, and other performance staff.
* The desire to influence the performance management of elite sports.
* Ability to work individually and with a larger regional team.
* Communicate effectively with key stakeholders, particularly software and hardware engineers.
* Bachelor's degree in Exercise and Sport Science required.
* Sports science-related experience within team sports is desirable.
