Associate Data Analyst

Responsibilities • Gather, clean, and validate large datasets from multiple internal and external sources to ensure accuracy and completeness. • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel to support business decision-making. • Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL). • Perform data analysis to identify key trends, KPIs, and insights that drive operational efficiency and business growth. • Assist in data modeling, forecasting, and ad-hoc reporting for senior analysts and business leaders. • Document processes, maintain data dictionaries, and ensure compliance with company data governance standards. • Partner with cross-functional teams such as Finance, Marketing, Operations, and IT to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights. • Support automation of recurring reports and contribute to process improvement initiatives using tools like Python, R, or Excel macros (if applicable). • Ensure data integrity by conducting quality checks, validation, and reconciliation before reports are published. • Stay current with US data privacy regulations (HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA) and internal compliance requirements when working with sensitive data. Qualifications • Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience • 1 - 2 years' Data Analysis experience (Freshers may also apply) • Proficient in SQL Apply tot his job
