General Description:

The Associate Director, Learning & Development and Sales Execution, Canada will play a collaborative role within the Sales Department. This individual will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training programs for the Canada sales organization. This role focuses on enhancing the skills and knowledge of the commercial field team through new hire training, in-person field rides, coaching, and special training initiatives that meet the dynamic needs of the business.

This individual will also work closely with the Canadian Senior Director, Sales and cross functional partners in Canada, North America, and Global to operationalize plans & resources in the field, monitor results and support the Canadian Sales organization in achieving business objectives.

Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree

Preferred: MBA, Master’s, PharmD, Advanced Practice Provider and/or Training Certifications

La directrice associée ou le directeur associé, Apprentissage et perfectionnement et Exécution des ventes, Canada jouera un rôle de collaboration au sein de l’équipe des Ventes. La personne retenue sera responsable de produire des programmes de formation complets pour l’organisation canadienne des ventes. Elle travaillera à renforcer les compétences et les connaissances de l’équipe des ventes en territoire par la formation des nouveaux membres du personnel, de l’accompagnement sur le terrain, du mentorat et des initiatives de formation spéciales qui répondent aux besoins changeants de l’entreprise.

La personne retenue travaillera aussi en étroite collaboration avec la directrice principale ou le directeur principal, Ventes, Canada et des partenaires de différents services au Canada, en Amérique du Nord et dans le monde afin de mettre les plans à exécution et de rendre des ressources disponibles sur le terrain, de suivre les résultats et de soutenir l’organisation canadienne des ventes dans l’atteinte de ses objectifs.

Déplacements : 50 % pour l’animation de formations en territoire, les accompagnements et la participation aux différentes réunions. Temps au bureau au besoin.

Salary Range Canada: 135,500 CAD - 175,000 CAD
