Associate HR Business Partner – Amazon Store

Collaborate with business leaders to understand their objectives and provide strategic HR support. Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures. Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers on best practices. Partner with recruitment team to identify and attract top talent for open positions. Conduct new hire orientations and assist with onboarding process. Advise and coach managers on performance management and career development. Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement. Act as a liaison between employees and management to address any concerns or issues. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Support diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organization. Assist in creating and delivering training programs for employees and managers. Collaborate with other HR team members to ensure consistency and alignment of HR practices across the organization. Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by HR leadership. Continuously seek opportunities to improve HR processes and procedures.
