Real growth, real skills: From professional communication to technical tools. ️ What You’ll Do as a Trainee Supporting the Client Onboarding Process: Assist in gathering client information, preparing documentation, and following our structured onboarding workflows. Learning the Basics of Bookkeeping: Get familiar with core accounting tasks such as organizing receipts, reviewing transactions, and making basic bookkeeping entries under supervision. Assisting with Accounts Payable & Receivable: Help track invoices, payments, and outstanding balances while gaining exposure to real-time cash flow processes. Participating in Monthly Closings: Support the team during the monthly financial close process by learning how to review entries, flag inconsistencies, and maintain records. Exploring Payroll Fundamentals: Learn how payroll systems work and assist with basic reviews of payroll data and employee tax records. Understanding Tax Basics: Observe and contribute to the preparation of simple tax forms and documents, such as 1099s and basic income tax returns. Research & Documentation Support: Assist with light financial research, data entry, and creating reports that help inform client strategies. Collaborating Across Teams: Work alongside tax, accounting, and operations teams to understand how each function contributes to serving global clients. Participating in Diverse Projects: Take part in various cross-functional projects such as market or technical research, process improvement initiatives, and special assignments Who We’re Looking For A recent graduate in a relevant field such as accounting, finance, economics, business administration, etc. A confident communicator in English (you’ll use it daily!) - All interviews will be conducted in English! Passionate, curious, and eager to learn about the US system Highly dedicated and committed to pursuing a career focusing on accounting and tax Equipped with some relevant knowledge or experience (a plus, not a must!) Positive, driven, and excited to grow in a fast-paced, global environment Comfortable working according to US Time Zones (Eastern Time) This is a remote position, a home office set-up and high speed internet are musts!
