About the position
Responsibilities
• Conduct online and phone research to discover contact details to share with the sales team.
• Collect and compile contact information for assigned cannabis business leads.
• Help with licensing and other administrative work as needed in Revenue.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of the collected data.
• Maintain detailed and accurate notes on all interactions with leads.
• Update CRM or lead management systems regularly to reflect the latest status and information.
• Provide feedback and insights to the sales team to help improve lead conversion strategies.
• Track key performance metrics related to lead generation and appointment setting.
• Report on the effectiveness of lead generation strategies and suggest improvements.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging businesses.
• Ensure a high level of customer service and professionalism in all interactions.
• Ensure all lead generation activities comply with relevant regulations and ethical standards.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Requirements
• 1 year of work experience.
• Familiarity with Google Spreadsheets.
• Understanding of sales performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Previous online research experience.
Nice-to-haves
• Previous cannabis industry experience.
• Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce).
• Lead generation or sales team experience preferred.
