Associate Manager, Practice Management

Description: • Lead and manage operations at a single primary care clinic location. • Supervise clinical and non-clinical team members. • Support operational initiatives and drive team towards achieving patient satisfaction. • Ensure clinic operations run smoothly and safely each day. • Implement in-clinic operational initiatives and training on new workflows. • Partner with Medical Director and Outreach Manager for collaborative decisions. • Manage a multi-disciplinary team of 15+ and foster engagement.
