Associate Staff Engineer, ERP Workday (Functional Consultant)

Job Description REQUIREMENTS: • Total Experience 4+ years • Strong experience as a Workday HCM Functional Consultant. • Hands-on experience in Workday configuration and maintenance. • Strong functional expertise across multiple Workday HCM modules. • Experience with Workday reporting and BIRT. • Solid understanding of HR business processes and integrations. • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. • Experience working in Agile development environments. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide team members. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Configure, maintain, and support Workday HCM modules including Talent & Performance, Core HR, Time & Absence, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Payroll, Staffing, and BIRT/Reporting. • Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Workday HCM functional solutions. • Ensure Workday HCM configurations align with business processes and organizational objectives. • Perform system configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday HCM, especially Talent and Performance modules. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT. • Develop and maintain functional and technical documentation such as design documents, test scripts, and user guides. • Ensure Workday HCM solutions are delivered on time and within budget. • Stay current with Workday releases, new features, and industry best practices. • Communicate technical and functional concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders. • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and team members. • Support and participate in Agile project delivery and sprint activities.
