Day-to-Day
• Lead M&A transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, mergers, and joint ventures for public/private companies and funds
• Negotiate and draft merger agreements, purchase/sale documents, and ancillary agreements
• Handle capital markets matters including PIPEs, public offerings, private placements, and securities compliance
• Conduct due diligence, advise on deal structuring, and manage closings in high-value matters
• Build client relationships and contribute to business development in an entrepreneurial setting
