This is a remote position.
Job Description
· Data entry of relevant client details into the system including:
o All personal details
o Assets and liabilities
o Income and employment details
o Potentially loading information on self-employed clients – training will be provided
o Confirmation of all these details
· Ordering valuations
· Requesting special pricing for clients
· Obtaining property reports
· Some loan tracking follow-up
· Liaising with the Melbourne based team regarding next steps
· Application data entry
· Lodgment of loans including uploading and sending off client loan applications
· Compliance checklist activities including uploading data to CompliFast website
Requirements
Qualifications:
· 2 yrs mortgage broking - end to end (lodgment, submission, settlement, post settlement)
· Bachelor’s degree
· Experience in the Mortgage industry
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
· Experience in using Podium preferred
· Experience in using software/tools: sales trekker, applyonline, corelogic
