Audio Editors for AI-Training Conversation Data

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a skilled Audio Editor to join our audio campaign team, with a focus on restoring audio files to achieve a polished, studio-quality sound. The primary responsibilities include removing stutters, clicks, pops, dead air, and background noise from recordings, while preserving a natural, human feel with essential pauses and breaths. In cases of poor source recordings, additional tasks may involve eliminating reverb and other imperfections. The ideal candidate will aim to produce audio that is clean, professional, and engaging. This is a contract position requiring 20-40 hours per week, with a preference for full-time availability (40 hours/week), and will last approximately 3-4 weeks. Work is primarily Monday through Friday, though occasional weekend work may be permitted. Candidates should have experience with corrective plugins when necessary but should avoid applying compression or broad EQ adjustments unless specified. We are a frontier-model AI company and you will be working directly with us. The job will require the completion of tasks, each of which will involve editing two audio files (human user turn and “AI assistant" turn) into a specific format. You will be expected to complete at least 6 such tasks per hour. Note: We are looking to hire quickly and are seeking candidates with full time availability.
