THE ROLE The Automation & CRM Analyst is responsible to analyze potential Automation & CRM improvement opportunities, engage with Stakeholders, design requirements and support documentation, align development processes with the Engineering team, conduct tests and review implementation, design changes and updates to existing Automation & CRM processes.
