Automation & Onboarding Expert for Premium Dog Daycare (Zapier, Slack,Typeform,Asana,Canva/Capcut)

We’re looking for someone who’s not just technically fluent in automation, but who understands how to connect systems, streamline workflows, and remove repetitive tasks that drain time from a small team. We’re a premium dog daycare with a lean but dedicated staff. Right now, too many of our systems — Time To Pet, Slack, Asana, Typeform, Calendly, Google Drive, Canva, CapCut, and Grain — operate in silos. We’re looking to automate how these tools talk to each other so we can eliminate bottlenecks, reduce manual input, and ensure our team is spending their time on what matters most: safety, customer relationships, and growth. About four or five years ago, I worked with someone who built an amazing network of automations and workflows using Zapier and Typeform. They blew my mind with what was possible — and their work truly elevated our business. It helped us punch far above our weight and gave us a polished, professional feel. But now, five years later, I know there are new tools, smarter integrations, and fresh ways to optimize — and I want to do a deep reevaluation to make sure we’re staying sharp and ahead of the curve. As a small business, we have to be nimble, creative, and cost-conscious. The more we can reliably automate, the more we can allocate human resources to areas that truly need care and attention. You’ll be helping us: Audit and rebuild Zapier workflows Connect platforms that aren’t natively integrated Document clear SOPs for everything you build Help us map out and refine our client journey Write or refine client-facing communications (Typeforms, onboarding sequences, feedback touchpoints) We value: Strong, clear communication Proactive thinkers who bring solutions, not just execution Organized systems people who also understand customer experience and tone US-based or native-level English writing is a strong plus due to the writing involved in client journeys We work best with people who are collaborative but independent, who can ask smart questions, suggest improvements, and care about how their work impacts both our team and our clients.
