Automotive Bookkeeper and Automotive Office Staff

HILLSIDE TOYOTA LOCATED IN QUEENS, NY is in need of an automotive bookeeper and payroll specialist to join its accounting office. Please have automotive accounting experience or experience working in a car dealership for a minimum of two years. Applicant will be posting entries, cleaning schedules, paying medical bills, maintaining employee files, submitting payroll, etc! Only apply if able to interview and start right away. Summary In the role of Automotive Bookkeeper/Office Staff, you will be essential in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the dealership's accounting functions. Responsibilities ? Manage daily bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate record-keeping. . ? Prepare financial reports and journal entries, utilizing accounting software such as Reynolds and Reynolds. ? Assist with payroll processing and tax-related tasks, ensuring compliance with regulations. ? Collaborate with dealership staff to streamline financial operations and provide support as needed.
