We're a B2B company that calibrates, repairs, and services audiology and hearing-test equipment for clinics, ENT and pediatric practices, and school districts across Northern California and Nevada. We have a list of practices to reach and need experienced callers for our first outreach push.
This is not a sales-closing role. Your job is to reach the right person at each practice, confirm a few qualifying details, and capture one key piece of information: when their testing equipment is next due for calibration. You'll work from a list we provide, using a simple web app, a one-page call guide, and an objection cheat sheet — all supplied. We've built the tools so you can focus on the conversation.
What you'll do on each call
Call practices from our list using our calling software (logins and numbers provided)
Get past the gatekeeper to the office manager or clinical lead
Confirm whether they use audiometric/calibration equipment, and roughly how much
Capture their calibration due date — this is the main deliverable
Capture a contact name, email (with permission), and direct line
Book a short follow-up call with our technician when there's interest
Log every outcome accurately in the app we provide
Who we're looking for
Prior B2B outbound or appointment-setting experience
Clear, professional, neutral North American English phone presence
Comfortable with gatekeepers and speaking to healthcare office staff
Detail-oriented — accurate data capture matters more than call volume
Self-directed and reliable, available U.S. Pacific business hours
Quality headset, quiet workspace, stable internet
Logistics
Calling software, lead list, web app, call guide, and brief training are all provided
~20–30 hours/week over an initial 4–6 week sprint

Pay: $20–25/hour depending on experience, plus a bonus per qualified lead captured
Strong performers will be offered ongoing part-time work after the sprint
