Key Responsibilities are: Providing our customers with a positive experience Working closely with a team of coffee connoisseurs Taking on new tasks along with love to learn new things and new recipes Having a strong focus on quality and presentation of our offered products Keeping your work area clean during your shift Working efficiently and positively through busy times Required Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge: The ability to stand for long periods along with some heavy lifting Strong interpersonal skills Ability to understand oral and written instructions Meet all policies and procedures set in your position Punctuality and long-standing good attendance Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and most holidays.
