We provide a DONE-FOR-YOU LEAD GENERATION SERVICE for businesses that want to scale their sales without cold calling or heavy ad spend. Learn more at: We’re looking for a motivated BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE (BDR) / APPOINTMENT SETTER to help convert warm leads into booked sales calls. Our team already runs outbound campaigns through Apollo.io, and when prospects engage (open/click/reply), they are automatically added into HubSpot CRM. Your role will be to take those daily inbound signals and: -Follow up by phone and/or email -Qualify their interest and handle initial objections -Nurture them until they’re ready to book a call -Schedule qualified appointments directly into our calendar This is not cold prospecting. You’ll be working from a steady flow of WARM LEADS already showing buying signals. COMPENSATION & BONUSES: -BASE PAY for 8 hours per week to start (with potential to scale hours as deals close) -Hourly rate (negotiable based on experience) -Weekly/monthly quotas for booked appointments -20% COMMISSION on closed deals you sourced -10% RECURRING COMMISSION on monthly renewals and upsells -Typical deals average $1,000/month, so bonuses can grow quickly RESPONSIBILITIES: -Call and email leads added into HubSpot daily from Apollo signals -Log activities and notes in HubSpot to keep lead status updated -Build relationships and handle objections professionally -Book qualified appointments for our sales team -Nurture leads over time with follow-up touches until they’re sales-ready REQUIREMENTS: -Strong written and spoken English with a professional phone presence -Experience in appointment setting, BDR, or inside sales -Familiarity with HubSpot (or similar CRM) -Ability to follow scripts while also adapting naturally in conversation -Organized, self-driven, and quota-focused Apply tot his job
