Beats, Accessories, Home Finance Manager

About the position The position is for a manager within the Worldwide Sales Finance Organization at Apple, focusing on supporting the global Sales organization for the Beats, Accessories & Home business. The role involves complex financial and demand analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic business planning. The manager will lead demand generation efforts, support demand forecasting, and provide analytical support for sales operations, while also presenting business updates to executive leaders. Responsibilities • Support the global Sales organization to drive the Beats, Accessories & Home business. , • Lead demand generation and forecasting efforts from current quarter to long-range business planning. , • Provide analytical support to the weekly sales operating cadence. , • Establish reporting and models to evaluate performance and respond to ad hoc requests. , • Collaborate with WW Supply & Demand Planning, Product Marketing Finance, Sales, FP&A, and local finance & sales teams. Requirements • 6+ years of sales/finance/business development related work experience. , • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent field. , • Experience managing, developing, and coaching a team. Nice-to-haves • Demonstrated ability to conduct complex, data-driven analysis. , • Experience developing processes and improving existing processes. , • Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate analysis results in business terms. , • Strong prioritization skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously. , • Ability to think strategically on critical business issues while executing tactically.
