Job Title: Behavior Technician Location: Multiple Locations Pay Rate : Starting at $25/hour Schedule: Full-Time, Part-Time, Per Diem Position Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Behavior Technician to join our team in supporting children and adults with special needs. In this role, you will help facilitate educational and behavioral services, working closely with school professionals and behavioral specialists to help students achieve their learning and behavioral goals. Key Responsibilities: Assist in implementing individualized behavioral intervention plans Support students in educational and therapeutic settings Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other professionals Document progress and maintain accurate records Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment Minimum Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent (required) Two (2) years of pediatric experience (preferred) Current CPR certification (if applicable) TB questionnaire, PPD test, or chest x-ray (if applicable) Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements Must be at least 18 years of age Why Join Us?
