We're looking for a medical billing and RCM specialist to review a sample behavioral health AR and denial workflow and create a structured recommendations report.
Scope of work:
• Review sample AR aging by payer and aging bucket
• Identify common denial categories
• Review unpaid claims and follow-up workflow
• Recommend appeal, corrected claim, or write-off criteria
• Identify preventable denial patterns
• Create a simple AR cleanup tracker
• Provide a summary of recommended workflow improvements
