Given our location, all employees are fully bilingual in English and Spanish. Position Overview: We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish and English) bookkeeper/accountant to join our team in Miami. The ideal candidate should have experience in bookkeeping and accounting, as 99% of our customers speak Spanish. This role is critical due to the upcoming departure of a current team member who is pursuing a career in nursing. Key Responsibilities: - Handle bookkeeping and accounting tasks efficiently. - Manage invoices, numbers, and client interactions. - Use Touchless Metals software for accounting and billing (training provided). - Communicate effectively with our predominantly Spanish-speaking customer base. - Collaborate with a team, fostering a harmonious work environment. Qualifications: - Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is mandatory. - Previous experience in bookkeeping and accounting is highly preferred. - Familiarity with accounting software is a plus. - Ability to commute to Miami (15-20 minutes away) with consideration of traffic, especially in inclement weather.
