Job Summary
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Portuguese Speaker, you'll be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing technical support and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. You'll work closely with our support teams to ensure seamless issue resolution, and you'll be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reporting on key performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolves hardware, software, and user network issues via phone, email, or chat, providing timely and effective solutions to customers.
- Responds to phone calls, emails, instant messages, and user tickets, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
- Assigns work orders and incidents to the appropriate support teams and follows through to closure, ensuring issues are fully resolved.
- Diagnoses issues through user conversations, including issue recognition, logs, research, isolation, resolution, and follow-up steps.
- Opens tickets, accesses user systems remotely, and guides customers to restore normal service operation as quickly as possible.
- Activates Support Analysts when necessary, registers, and archives calls for control and evaluation of team performance.
- Maintains accurate records and provides monthly summaries of services and consequences to management.
- Performs other duties related to the position as required by management.
