Key Responsibilities
As an Inbound Call Center Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing them with exceptional service and support in both Spanish and English languages. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound calls from customers, providing them with information, assistance, and support in a timely and professional manner.
- Identifying and resolving customer concerns, escalating complex issues to senior team members when necessary.

Requirements and Qualifications
