Bilingual Insurance Rep (Work From Home)

Manpower is seeking Bilingual English/Spanish Call Center Representatives for a new opportunity with an Auto Insurance firm. This is a work-from-home, temp-to-hire position supporting customers in the non-standard auto insurance market. This role is ideal for candidates who are comfortable being on the phone throughout the day, enjoy helping customers, and are interested in building a long-term career in insurance. Location: Treasure Coast, FL Must live locally in: Stuart, Port St. Lucie, or Fort Pierce Pay: $18.00 per hour during training, increasing to $19.00 per hour upon hire by our client Schedule: Full-time, generally 8:00/8:30 AM to 5:00/5:30 PM Work Setting: Remote / Work from Home What you’ll do: • Handle inbound calls only from customers • Assist callers with auto insurance-related questions and support • Provide excellent customer service in both English and Spanish • Work in a fast-paced call center environment from home • Complete paid training while on Manpower’s payroll • Study for and obtain the Florida 20-44 Customer Representative license • Transition to permanent employment with our client upon successfully passing the licensing exam How the opportunity works: • Candidates will complete 3 weeks of paid training on Manpower’s payroll • Training is designed to prepare you for the 20-44 insurance license exam • If you pass the exam, you will be hired by our client. Requirements: • Bilingual Spanish/English is required • Must live in Stuart, Port St. Lucie, or Fort Pierce • Must be able to report to the office in Tradition, Port Saint Lucie if home internet or Wi-Fi is unavailable • Strong communication skills and comfort speaking on the phone all day • Reliable work-from-home setup • Insurance, customer service, or sales experience is a plus • 440 insurance license is a plus Preferred experience: • Call center experience • Customer service experience • Sales experience • Insurance industry experience Compensation and opportunity: • $18/hour during training • $19/hour once hired permanently • Opportunity to earn commission • Top performers may earn $80,000 to $90,000 annually through base pay plus commissions If you are bilingual, customer-focused, and ready to grow your career in insurance, we would love to hear from you.
