Bilingual Production Assistant – Non-QM Lending Location: Remote | East Coast (Preferred: Florida – Miami, Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale) Direct Hire | Full-Time Base Salary: $40,000 – $60,000 (DOE) + Commission About the Role Wheeler Staffing Partners is hiring a Bilingual Production Assistant (Spanish/English) to join a fast-paced Non-QM Wholesale Lending team. This is not an administrative role—this is a sales-driven opportunity supporting Account Executives (AEs). The Production Assistant will work closely with brokers, helping re-engage accounts, increase pipeline activity, and drive revenue growth. Compensation • Base Salary: $40,000 – $60,000 (depending on experience) • Commission: Paid by the AE(s) supported; 1 basis point on closed loans (average $1,000 – $4,000 per month; some Production Assistants exceed $100k annually) Key Responsibilities • Support assigned Account Executives in daily sales and customer service activities • Make outbound calls to brokers to increase engagement and re-establish relationships • Conduct account performance reviews with AEs and track business trends • Provide responsive customer service to accounts via phone and email • Assist in pricing and structuring loans for brokers and clients • Collaborate with operations and credit to track file status throughout the loan process • Deliver marketing and engagement support for accounts and prospects Qualifications • Must be bilingual in Spanish and English • Minimum 2 years of experience in the mortgage industry required • Wholesale lending experience required • Non-QM lending experience highly preferred • Previous sales experience required; strong interest in sales growth and client engagement • Proficiency with Encompass LOS required • Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) required • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred Skills and Competencies • Strong knowledge of mortgage operations, including processing, underwriting, and closing • Polished, professional communication skills (written and verbal) • Outgoing, engaging personality with a strong sales-driven mindset • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills • Proactive, solutions-focused, and able to work independently as well as part of a team Working Conditions • Fully remote, must be based in the Eastern Time Zone (East Coast preferred) Benefits • Competitive base salary + commission • Medical plans available Day 1 • 401(k) with company match, eligible Day 1 • Collaborative, growth-oriented culture • Professional development and advancement opportunities Why Apply Through Wheeler Staffing Partners When you apply with Wheeler Staffing Partners, you gain more than just access to a job posting—you gain a dedicated recruiting partner.
