What You’ll Do • Guide clients through the process of buying, selling, or renting properties, with a focus on serving our Spanish-speaking community. • Build lasting relationships with clients by providing tailored advice and outstanding service. • Leverage market insights to help clients make informed decisions about property values and trends. • Host property showings, open houses, and negotiate deals to close transactions successfully. • Grow your personal brand and network within the local real estate market. • Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to remain a trusted advisor. What We’re Looking For • Fluency in Spanish (bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus). • Active real estate license (or willingness to obtain one). • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. • A self-starter with a passion for real estate and client success. • Knowledge of the Southwest Florida real estate market is a bonus but not required. • Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment. • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed, with reliable transportation.
