Job description: Vaco is seeking a Bilingual School Registrar for a prestigious client in San Antonio, Texas! This part-time, remote role (20-30 hours per week) involves monthly travel to two schools. You will be responsible for managing registrars across Texas, focusing on training and compliance. The position offers a pay rate of up to $20 per hour, and interviews are being scheduled right away!Responsibilities:

• Perform quarterly compliance audits to verify accurate student data and ensure adherence to state regulations.
• Lead onboarding and continuous training sessions for secretaries and registrars to maintain proficiency in enrollment systems and procedures.
• Oversee student applications, managing lotteries, enrollment, and re-enrollment processes.
• Identify and address data discrepancies in PowerSchool to ensure accurate reporting for state compliance.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years in enrollment, registrar, or administrative school support roles.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in PowerSchool, SchoolMint, and Brightwheel (or equivalent student information and enrollment systems).
• Organizational & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to multitask, manage compliance-related tasks, and troubleshoot enrollment issues.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish)
