Billing Analyst (Mostly Remote)

Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a Billing Analyst to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $52,000 to $80,000 per year. Job Responsibilities • Generate and issue accurate invoices to clients. • Reconcile billing accounts to ensure accurate financial reporting. • Prepare regular billing reports for management review. • Communicate with clients regarding billing inquiries and disputes. • Maintain and update billing records and databases. • Ensure billing practices comply with company policies and regulations. • Identify and implement improvements to billing processes. • Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments. • Assist in the implementation and testing of new billing systems. Qualifications/Experience: • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in E-Billing and Legal experience ideally, accounts receivable, or a related financial role. • Experience with billing software and financial systems is preferred. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Familiarity with billing software's. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to interact professionally with clients and internal teams. • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • High ethical standards and integrity in handling financial information.
