WHAT WE ARE SEEKING We have assignments available to help our insurance carrier clients in Billing Services Technician positions. Responsibilities include: Provide responsive and timely service to agents / brokers. Perform billing support regarding cancellation notices, final cancellations, reinstatements, and rescissions while complying with Federal and state regulations. Build strong relationships with agency partners through consistent communications both verbally and in written form. Responsible for timely resolution of billing issues by utilizing basic problem-solving skills. Assist customers with payment plans related to audits and special circumstances. Familiarity with various technology platforms such as Google Workspace Tools, Salesforce, and payment processing software is a plus.
