WHAT WE ARE SEEKING We have assignments available to help our insurance carrier clients in Billing Services Technician positions. Responsibilities include: • Provide responsive and timely service to agents / brokers. • Perform billing support regarding cancellation notices, final cancellations, reinstatements, and rescissions while complying with Federal and state regulations. • Build strong relationships with agency partners through consistent communications both verbally and in written form. • Responsible for timely resolution of billing issues by utilizing basic problem-solving skills. • Assist customers with payment plans related to audits and special circumstances. • Familiarity with various technology platforms such as Google Workspace Tools, Salesforce, and payment processing software is a plus.
