Responsibilities
- Process customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with company billing policies and procedures
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies
- Maintain up-to-date records of billing transactions and adjustments
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices and payment status
- Support month-end closing activities related to billing
- Identify opportunities to improve billing processes and efficiency
Skills
- Proven experience in billing, accounting, or finance-related roles
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Associate degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Knowledge of billing regulations and compliance standards
